Interested in playing Disc Golf in your area?

There are a few wonderful resources that help locate the closest disc golf course to your location.

For general use we recommend using the Disc Golf Course Review Course Locator which will allow you to search for almost any course in the country. It’s great for planning out a trip or finding a course in an area you’ve never been to before. You’ll also find reviews and recommendations from local players that rate the course. Alternatively, if you like to stay mobile you can use the UDisc app that will not only provide a list of courses, but often a map of each course!

In Westchester, NY we have two wonderful options for disc golf.

Yorktown NY is home to FDR Disc Golf Course. Constructed in 1999, FDR state park is a challenging course that offers two pin placements per hole for a long and short course. FDR has a good mix of tight technical wooded shots as well as long open holes. Parking is free throughout the late fall through spring and requires a parking fee in the Summer to access the park. We recommend the NY State Empire Pass which will allow you to enter any NY State park for free throughout the year.

Mt. Kisco NY is home to one of the oldest courses in the entire United States. Constructed in August 1977 but one of the original legends, “Steady” Ed Hedrick, Leonard Park offers an extremely challenging course nestled in a beautifully kept forest. Leonard park will challenge the most seasoned players offering tight technical shots with clearly defined lines. Leonard Park is a piece of Disc Golf history and a wonderful course to play.
